Protec player Development courses run all year, you can join us for additional training and be coached by our experienced team of U.E.F.A qualified and C.R.B checked coaches.

Sessions for player development are structured  over 1-5 hours and take place weekday evenings at our Hertfordshire main Hub. Joining us will not affect you playing for your school or existing grass roots clubs.

What type of player are we looking for? Quite simply; enthusiastic Playing at high level sunday, District or county level.  We understand that players come in all shapes and sizes, with a variety of strengths and weaknesses. We take into account a player’s technical, tactical, physical attributes, as well as looking at relative age effect.

If your application is successful you will receive an email from us with all information and a trial date to attend a trial at our main training centre in Hertfordshire this incorperates all of London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire and also players that are willing to travel.

Applications are not limited and are open to anyone willing to travel. The sessions take place on weekday evenings from 5.30- 8.00 pm.  You must be fully committed as we receive a high volume of applicants, not all applications will be successful and we do not accept trialists on the day.

There are also specialist Goalkeeper sessions in all age groups. All coaching sessions are one hour 30 minutes in duration.

There are also weekly training sessions at our development centres for those with outstanding ability where professional club scouts attend on a regular basis. A number of our players have trialed and some have  signed for clubs such as Arsenal, Chelsea, Crystal Palace, West ham, Q.P.R, Fulham and more.
