All players that are of a high standard will be invited attend the Advanced Player Program at our main elite player centre in Potters Bar. All players selected will have the oppertunity of being seen by scouts and Coordinators from Professional Clubs that we have direct associations with.

players are reviewed and assesed every 10 weeks with player assesments available on request from our in house professional  football scout who has over 30 years experience in professional football.

How can I be sure that my talent has not been overlooked? Rest assured, with protec we have contacts with scouts representing the various clubs at premier and league level, if you have the required level of ability, you should be spotted. we have Scouts that regularley attend our weekly sessions and games and our talent identification program

We have over the years had players signed at all levels including clubs such as Arsenal, Chelsea, west ham, Totenham,Crystal Palace, Norwich and Barnet.

Coaching

You will be coached by our team of experienced UEFA qualified coaches, there will be from time to time arranged training sessions and games against Professional Development and Academy squads. Player evaluations take place every ten weeks by our regional and Head Coach, this enables us to evaluate each players progress closely throughout the season.

Many of our players have gone on to have football trials and sign with professional clubs, as you can see on our home page. Protec have links at Premiership and football league level.
