On a lovely sunny
morning the Barnet boys travelled to Harlow . Against a
strong and physical Harlow side. The game started with
Barnet attacking and putting Harlow under pressure from
the start within 10 minutes we went 1-0 up thanks to a
cool finish Ryan Marsh linking up well with his new
striking partner Aaron. Five minutes later we were 2-0
up a goal from Bryn. then Harlow pulled a goal back 2-1.
Then Aaron our new striker on his debut bagged his 1st
goal to make it 3-1.Harlow again managed to pull another
goal back.3-2 at half time. Second half we were the
strongest team and soon made it 4-2 with Aaron again. We
kept attacking but for the Harlow keeper pulling off
some great saves it could have been a landside victory
and our last goal came from Mathew who deserved his
goal a great finish. A mention to our midfielders today
Mathew/Jack M / Jack H and Bryn playing on the wing
excellent boys battled all day long for a great result,
All the boys from our goalie Ryan Clarke who made some
great saves, and the defence with Charlie holding the
line well. With our two new boys Aaron. and Joe great
debuts.
